摘要
从理论上推导了转动时粘性流体消耗功率、气液界面形状和密封的最大压差。实验结果表明,液封腔内的液体平均角速度是动盘角速度的1/3左右,液封装置的功耗在设计设备时可以忽略不计。
Abstract The wattage consumption of viscous liquid gas liquid boundary shape and maximum pressure drop of seal are derived in theory.Experimental results show that the mean liquid angular speed in liquid seal is around one third of that one of the moving panel,and the wattage consumption of liquid seal apparatus is ignored in equipment design.A new centrifugal seal have been sucessfully used in centrifugal mass transfer apparatus.
