摘要
介绍了应用3S技术在林权制度改革中进行外业林地数据采集、面积测量的方法,将外业林地采集的地理坐标数据转换为直角坐标数据,根据坐标数据用计算机绘制林地所在位置及图形.
The application of 3S techniques to reform of forest ownership regime was introduced, which comprised methods for field data acquisition and forest land area survey. The geographic coordinate data collected in the field would he conversed into rectangular coordinate data, the localities and corresponding map of the studied forest areas would he drawn up by computers according to the coordinate data.
