北京奥运文化遗产传承与保护的现状与对策

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of Passing Down and Protecting Beijing Olympic Cultural Legacy

采取文献资料法、专家访谈法、综合分析法,在概述国内外有关奥运文化遗产研究与保护现状的基础上,提出重视和加强北京奥运文化遗产传承与保护的建议。研究认为:要加强2008年奥运会文化遗产的传承与保护的宣传、研究,以引起政府和社会各界的高度重视;建立科学的北京奥运会文化遗产认证评估体系,系统组织实施《北京奥运会文化遗产认证与评估工程》;做好相关文献资料、实物的收集、整理、保存等工作;制定《奥运会物质和非物质文化遗产登记和保护管理办法》等,确保北京奥运文化遗产得到有效的传承与保护。

With the methods of documentary data, expert interview, and comprehensive analysis, the research and protection of Olympic cultural legacy in China and other countries are generally set forth and then the suggestions about passing down and protecting Olympic cultural legacy are put forward. The research on passing down and protecting 2008 Olympic cultural legacy should be strengthened, in order to attract the attentions of government and all circles of society. The scientific system of attesting and evaluating Beijing Olympic cultural legacy should be set up and The Project of Attesting and Evaluating Beijing Olympic Cultural Legacy should be systematically carried out. The relative documentary data and materials should be well collected, packed up and reserved. The regulations about the registration and protection of Olympic material and non-material cultural legacy should be set down.
