摘要
运用LSS量表,对我国体育专业院校田径教练员领导行为进行调查研究,通过统计发现:LSS量表具有较高信、效度,适合在中国使用;教练员在社会指导、民主、社会支持和奖励行为上自我估计过高;运动员各特征及其一些水平上在运动员喜欢的和教练员实际的领导行为各纬度上都存在显著性差异,说明不同特征的运动员对教练员不同领导行为纬度上存在不满意的情况。这为教练员改进提高其管理水平提供了理论依据,这对我国体育专业院校田径教练员培养优秀的教练员和运动员及促进体育专业院校田径专业的健康发展都有着重要意义。
this article investigates the leading behaviors of the track and field coaches in sports colleges in China by using The Leadership Scale for Sports. The results of the statistics show that: The Leadership Scale for Sports has higher depondability and validity, which fits in China; coaches estimate themselves too high in social guidance, democracy, social support and encouragements while the tahletes' enjoyable behavors have remarkable differences with their coaches in any latltude, which implies that the athletes don't approve of their coaches in all latitudes. This text provides theoretic gist for coaches to improve their management level, which has important meaning in cultivating excellent coaches and athletes and advancing the development of the track and field in sports colleges.
