摘要
对于感应测井仪 ,关键性的故障源于发射 /接收线圈 ,对这一影响电子诊断不能给出估定值。长期以来 ,线圈性能变坏是由地面检查来监测的 ,但是这样的检查方法不能重现在井下温度和压力条件下出现的问题 ,最终由环境影响导致线圈出现故障可成为对测井的干扰。对于这种类型的故障 ,已开发了用于阵列感应成象测井仪的连续实时监测。该仪器根据独立的曲线识别 ,完成对从传感器到地面记录整个系统的质量评估 。
For induction tools,critical failures originate in the transmitter/receiver arrays,which cannot be assessed by electronic diagnostics.Long term array degradation is monitored by surface checks,but such checks may not reproduce present problems under downhole temperature and pressure conditions.Finally,even catastrophic array failures downhole can be confused with perturbations caused by environmental effects.To address this type of failure,continuous real time monitoring has been developed for the AIT tool.Based on self consistent pattern recognition,the tool performs a quality assessment of the entire system from sensor to recorded log,in order to supplement the established surface checks.
