摘要
根据注水井设计排量与压力,给出注水电泵机组的结构设计及参数计算步骤。通过现场实际应用表明,潜油电泵能实现分散水源注水,可完全在户外使用,一次性投资小;注水电泵工作平稳可靠、故障率低、维修次数少、维修费用低;尽管注水电泵比柱塞泵耗电量大,但柱塞泵的一次投资及维修费用、远远大于注水电泵,综合对比注水泵的经济效益明显大于杜塞泵;注水电泵可大大减少管网和水井的各种故障及费用,特别对低渗透油田及低渗透展,还可改善油层动用状况,提高产油量。
According to the design discharge capacity andpressure of the flooding well, the calculatingmethod of the parameters and construction designof water flood pump set is given out, it is provedfrom the practical site utilization that using theelectric submersible pump as water flooding pumpcan get water from scattered water source,and thepump can operate outdoors,thus costing less basicmoney. Water flooding electric pump operatesmoothly,less troubles and maintainace- Althoughit consumes more electrcity than the piston pump,the latter needs much more basic investment. Syn-thetically comparing, the benefits of the sub-mersible water flooding pump is better than thepiston pump.
