摘要
针对聚合物驱采出液的游离水脱除问题,开展了恒温静止分层模拟试验,测试了沉降时间、聚合物含量,加药量及沉降温度对沉降效果的影响规律,并测试了聚结填料的作用效果。试验结果表明,在沉降时间相同的条件下,随采出液中PAM含量的增加,脱后污水含油量近似呈线性增加;随破乳剂用量的增加,脱后污水含油量迅速下降,但当达到临界用量时,除油效果就不再增强。升高沉降温度有利于提高脱水质量;在空罐中加装聚结填料,有明显的除油效果。
篈 constant-temperature static separated layer simulating test is carried out, to get the affect law on the subsiding effect,of the subsiding time and temperature, polymer content, the adding amount of chemicals. It is proved that with the same subsid ing time, the oil content in the dehydrated water goes up linearly with the increasing of PAM in the output liquid. And with the increasing of the adding amount of the demulsifying agent, the oil content in the dehydrated water goes down quickly.
