高效液相色谱法同时测定食用油脂中叔丁基对苯二酚和叔丁基对羟基茴香醚

Determination of TBHQ and BHA in oils and fats by HPLC

目的:建立同时测定食用油脂中叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)和叔丁基对羟基茴香醚(BHA)的高效液相色谱法。方法:用乙腈提取食用油脂中TBHQ和BHA后,以反相C18柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水溶液为流动相洗脱,采用高效液相色谱法-荧光光度检测器,于激发波长290 nm,发射波长330 nm定量检测。结果:溶剂、TBHQ和BHA可基线分离,TBHQ和BHA的线性范围均为0.2～8.0 mg/L(r>0.999)。最低检测限:TBHQ、BHA为1.0 mg/kg。平均回收率范围:TBHQ为95.2%～115.4%,BHA为87.0%～96.5%。相对标准偏差(RSD)均在7.8%以下。结论:本法准确、可靠、简便,检测限低,适用于食用油脂中TBHQ和BHA的同时分析测定。

Objective：To simultaneously determine TBHQ and BHA in oil and fats. Methods：The TBHQ and BHA were extracted with acetonltrile,detected by HPLC using a isocratic mobile phase. Results ：The solvent, TBHQ and BHA were separated to each other. Good linear correlation was obtained and the determination limit was 1.0 mg/kg for TBHQ and BHA, recovery 95. 2% - 115.4% for TBHQ and 8% 0% -96. 5% for BHA, and relative standard derivations were lower than 7. 8%. Conclusion：The method has the advantages of simplicity and repeatability and sessitivity, and can be used for simultaneous analysis of TBHQ and BHA in oil and fats.
