摘要
目的:评价和优化硫酸铜解毒杀虫单的条件。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪作为分析手段,研究硫酸铜的浓度、pH值等因素对杀虫单甲醇溶液的浓度影响。结果:当反应体系的pH值为1~3、硫酸铜与杀虫单摩尔浓度之比为1:1时,能明显降低杀虫单的甲醇溶液中目标组分和毒性离子的浓度。结论:该法能直接客观反映整个反应体系中有毒物质杀虫单及其裂解产物沙蚕毒素、二巯基沙蚕毒的量及其离子碎片的强度,同时能消除仪器噪音、毒性物质代谢和转化,以及其他干扰因素的影响。为采用硫酸铜解毒生物体内杀虫单中毒提供辩证的理论、事实依据;为临床治疗提供一定的借鉴。
Objective:To evaluate and optimize the conditions of the detoxification of Molosultap by cupric sulfate. Methods: GC - MS technique was used to investigate the influence of pH value and the concentration of cupric sulfate on the detoxification of Molosultap in methanol. Results.It showed that the pH range of 1 -3 and the ratio of 1.1 for Molosultap to cupric sulfate could reduce the concentration of target components and toxin ions of Molosultap in methanol. Conclusion:GC - MS technique can directly and impersonally measure the concentration of Molosultap, Nereistoxin, 2 - SH - Nereistoxin, the target ions and etc. Meanwhile, it can also eliminate the effects of apparatus noise, the metabolites and transformation products of toxin substances and other interfering factors. It provides some insights into the application of detoxifying Molosultap by cupric sulfate in organisms and also lays foundation to the clinical therapy.
