摘要
目的:建立测定空气样品中硫化物含量的一种方法。方法:以硫代乙酰胺为基准与混合显色剂(DPD与FeCl3溶液混合)反应,于670 nm波长,1cm比色皿比色。结果:方法的检出限为0.004μg/ml,回收率为92.7%~102.4%。结论:该方法操作简单,试剂用量少,重现性好。在0~0.5mg/L范围内呈现良好线性关系。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of sulfide in the sample of air. Methods:Thiacetamide was used as benchmark in making standard curve. Chemical reaction was happened between thiacetamide and color developing reagent (mixed by DPD and FeCl3 solution). Then made color comparison at 670 nm wavelength using 1 cm cuvette. Results:The detective limit of the method was 0. 004 μg/ml. Conclusion:The method has simple operation, less reagent use and good repeatability. The method has good relativity at the range of 0 - 0. 5 mg/L.
