摘要 目的:改进石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定血液中铅的方法。方法:使用Triton X-100为血液稀释剂,Mg(NO3)2为基体改进剂,通过优化仪器测定条件,直接进样测定血液中铅。结果:血铅浓度为0~100μg/L时,方法线性良好,相关系数r=0.9990,检出限为1.13μg/L,回收率为97.2%~110%,RSD为1.8%~3.2%。结论:方法简便,灵敏度高,精密度好,结果准确,适用于测定血液中铅。 Objective :To improve a GFAAS method for the determination of lead in blood. Methods :Triton X - 100 was used as blood diluent and Mg( NO3 )2 as matrix modifier. Through optimizing the operating conditions of the instrument, the lead in blood was derectly determined by GFAAS. Results:A good linear correlation was found at a concentration of 0 - 100 μg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9990. The detection limit was 1.13 μg/L and the recovery 97.2% - 110% ,RSD 1.8% - 3.2%. Conclusion:The method is simple. Also it shows high sensitivity and good precision, so it is suitable for the determination of lead in blood.
