摘要
目的:本文报道了1986~2005年度滕州市志贺菌型、耐菌谱、耐药性R质粒转移检测情况。方法:从6862例腹泻病人中检出志贺菌812株。结果:阳性率11.83%,分属于A、B、C、D 4个群28个血清型,其中以B群为主,481株占59.24%,C群次之156株占19.21%,A群103株占12.68%,D群72株占8.87%。812株志贺菌80%以上呈敏感和中度敏感,其耐药率均在21.67%~95.19%。检测200株志贺菌R质粒接合转移率为52.00%,以B、C群转移率高于A、D群。结论:检测表明,福氏志贺菌仍是我市流行的主要菌群,而细菌耐药性绝大多数为R质粒介导。
Objective:To survey types of Shigella, drug resistance extent and translation of resistant R - plamid in 1986 - 2005. Methods: A total of 812 strains of Shigella were detected in 6862 diarrhea patients. Results: The total rate was 11.83 %. It was divided into groug A, B, C, D, and 28 serum types. Group B was found to be the prevalent group of Shigella, accounting for 59. 24% (481/812) ,and group C was the minor one,accounting for 19. 2% (156/812) ,the tate of group and D were 12. 68% (103/812) ,8. 87% (72/812). More than 80% strains of Shigella were sensitive highly Or mediately among 812 strains. The drug resistance rate was 21.67% -95. 19%. The R -plamid conjunction and translation rate was 52% among 200 attains of Shigella. The translation rate of group 13 and C were higher that of group A and D. Conclusion: The Shigella, Flexeri ( group B) is still the prevalent epidemic group of Shigella in Tengzhou City, and most resistance of bacteria is introduced by R - plamid.
