摘要
目的:了解贵州省黔南州2004~2006年部分农产品加工企业所生产加工的食品中二氧化硫残留量。方法:GB/T5009.34-2003《食品中亚硫酸盐的测定》。结果:2004年合格率为45.8%;2005年合格率为74.6%;2006年合格率为85.1%。结论:说明部分农产品加工企业,使用添加亚硫酸盐量过高,食品安全意识淡薄。经整顿后2006年有所提高,但形势仍然不够乐观。
Objective:To know the situation on sulphur dioxide in food processed by parts of enterprises engaging in agricultural products processing in Qiannan from 2004 to 2006. Methods: GB/T5009. 34 - 2003, the methods of determination of nitrite in food was used. Results:The qualified rate was 45. 8% in 2004, 74. 6% in 2005 and 85. 1% in 2006. Conclusion:It suggests that parts of enterprises large quantity of extra nitrite, what is more, they are careless of food security. By reorganization the situation made progress in 2006, but it need more attention.
