兰州市2006年市售面粉中溴酸钾的调查

摘要 目的:了解兰州市2006年市售面粉中溴酸钾的使用情况,并提出建议。方法:对面粉用GB/T20188-2006《小麦粉中溴酸盐的测定离子色谱法》进行检测。结果:检测市售面粉共计92份,溴酸钾检测合格数89份,合格率为96.74%。结论:市售面粉中仍有个别产品添加溴酸钾,食品卫生监督部门应该加强监督监测。 Objective:To analyze the use of potassium bromate in the flour from Lanzhou market in 2006. Methods:Determination of bromate in flour with suppressed conductivity detection (GB/T20188 -2006). Results :A total of 92 samples were measured and 89 of them were qualified in determination of bromate. Qualification rate was 96.74%. Conclusion: Several products of flour in Lanzhou market are added with potassium bromate and supervision and check should be enhanced by related food -hygiene department and quality -supervising and inspecting department.
