摘要
利用超临界溶剂萃取技术将沙特阿拉伯减压渣油进行不同抽出率的切割分离,并对抽出油及阿拉伯减压渣油进行了全面的性质分析,提出了表征减压渣油及其各抽出油的特性因数KH。在固定流化床反应装置上对上述各种原料进行了催化裂化反应,得到了反应产品分布与原料性质及KH之间的关系,从而可为沙特阿拉伯减压渣油的合理加工提供基础数据和指导。
The Saudi Arabian vacuum residue was separated into extract oils and raffinates in four different extraction ratios by Supercritical Fluid Extraction technology. The properties of the extract Oils slid the vacuum residue were analslyzed, and a characterization factor KH was proposed to characterize the said oils which were used as the feedstocks for catalytic cracking studies. The catalytic cracking reaction was carried out in a fixed fluidized bed reactor using RHZ-200 catalyst. The correlations between the feed properties and product distributions were obtained. The test results can be used in processing of Saudi Arabian vacuum residue.
