摘要
时钟同步对于电力系统的故障分析、监测控制及运行管理具有重要意义,全球定位系统(GPS)是实现电力系统时钟同步的理想选择。基于高性能单片机和GPS接收机,研制了一种新型变电站时钟同步系统。本系统主要包括GPS同步时钟和通信协议转换模块,二者之间通过RS-485总线进行连接。描述了系统的硬件和软件设计原理,探讨了系统的应用经验。对于综自变电站和非综自变电站应采用不同的时钟同步系统结构,所研制的变电站时钟同步系统对于这两种变电站都具有较强的适应能力。
Clock-synchronism is very important for the fault-analysis, monitor/control and management of electric power system. Global positioning system (GPS) is a ideal means of clock-synchronism for Power System. A clock-synchronism system for substation is devoloped based on high performance single-chip microcomputer and GPS receiver.The system consists of GPS synchronizing clock and conversion modules of clock signal.The GPS synchronous clock and the conversion devices are linked up with RS-485 bus.This paper describes the principle and application of the system.The structure of clock-synchronism system in automation substation is distinct from the structure of clock-synchronism system in non-automation substation.The clock-synchronism system in this paper is adaptive to the automation substation and the non-automation substation.
