摘要
考察了光纤传感溶出度仪监测青霉素V钾片的溶出过程。结果表明方法的日内、日间精密度,回收率符合分析测试的要求,并与中国药典的方法比较,TD、T50及累积溶出率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。光纤化学传感检测提高了测定的精密度和准确度,获得的数据信息完整,反映了药物在体外溶出的过程,替代了繁琐的传统测试方法。
The dissolution process of phenoxymethylpenicillin potassium tablets was monitored by fiber-optical-chemical sensor dissolution test system (FOCSDT). The recovery is in the range of 98.4%-101. 1% with the RSD (n = 6) within day and day-to-day of less than 5. 0%. The parameters obtained by FOCSDT had no significant difference compared with the method in Ch. P2005 (P〉0. 05). The process analysis can reflect the real dissolution of drug and obtain the total information.
