火焰原子吸收光谱法测定滑子蘑中镉、铜、铅和锌 被引量:7

摘要 采用HNO3-HClO4(15∶2)作消解液进行溶样,火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定滑子蘑中镉、铜、铅、锌的分析方法,优化了仪器工作参数、消解及萃取条件,进行了精密度以及共存离子的干扰实验。在最佳测定条件下,4种元素校准曲线相关性好(r为0.9955-0.9999),仪器精密度为0.6%—2.1%,样品加标回收率为94.2%—104.0%,精密度为2.2%—4.3%,方法快捷、准确、灵敏度高,精密度较好,适用于日常分析检测工作,结果令人满意。 The total amounts of Cd,Cu,Pb,Zn were determined by FAAS. The samples were digested with a mixture of HNO3-HClO4 (15 : 2,volume ratio). The working parameters,the digestive and extracted conditions were optimized. Under the optimum conditions ,the correlation coefficient of four elements were 0. 9955-0. 9999, the relative standard deviations were 0. 6%-2. 1%, the recoveries were from 94. 2%-104. 0%,and the precision were 2. 2%-4. 3%. The results were satisfactory in the practical samples and suitable for the day-to-day analysis and detection.
