摘要
在盐酸介质中,溴酸根对罗丹明B的褪色作用,且褪色的程度与溴酸根的量有关,从而建立了测定溴酸根的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.00—17.00μg/25mL,检出限为9.05ng/mL,用于化学试剂中微量溴酸根的测定,结果满意。
A new photometric method for the determination of microamounts of bromate was developed based on the Fluorescent quenching of Rhodamine B by bromate in HCl medium. The linear range is 0. 00-17. 00μg/25mL,and the detective limit is 9.05ng/mL. The method was applied in the determination of micromounts bromate in chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
