计算分光光度法测定痤灵霜中替硝唑的含量

Determination of Tinidazole in Cuolingshuang by Dual-Wavelength UV Spectrophotometry

建立计算分光光度法测定医院制剂痤灵霜中替硝唑的含量。检测波长为317nm和405nm,双波长计算分光光度法测定,消除了其他组分的干扰,操作简便快速。替硝唑浓度在8—24μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.8%。

A method for the fast determination of tinidazole in cuolinshuang by UV spectrophotometry was developed based on the dual-wavelengths （317nm and 405nm） technique without disturbance of other components. A good linear relationship was obtained within the range of 8-24μg·mL^-1 and the average recovery were 100.8%.
