摘要 采用原位聚合方法制备了聚(甲基丙烯酸异丁酯-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸-N-烯丙基二甲胺)两性电荷型整体柱。考察了pH值对电渗流的影响。结果表明该整体固定相的电渗流可以通过改变流动相的pH值来进行调控。 A zwitterionic monolithic column was prepared for pCEC by in situ polymerization of N-dimethylallylamine, methacrylic acid, iso-butyl methacrylate and ethylene dimethacrylate. So there are two kinds of ionic groups,i, e. ,amino group and carboxyl group on the surface of the staionary phase, and the EOF on the prepared column can phase. be easily controlled by changing pH of the mobile
