摘要
采用原位聚合方法制备了聚(甲基丙烯酸异丁酯-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸-N-烯丙基二甲胺)两性电荷型整体柱。考察了pH值对电渗流的影响。结果表明该整体固定相的电渗流可以通过改变流动相的pH值来进行调控。
