摘要
介绍了新型复合高效阻垢缓蚀剂RP-100的研制和实验室静态阻垢、旋转挂片、动态模拟试验和部分工业应用试验结果.试验结果表明,新型复合高效阻垢剂RP-100具有优异的阻垢缓蚀性能.优于现用S-113系列产品.可使循环水中Ca^(2+)+M碱度容忍极限从900mg/L提高到1000mg/L(均以CaCO_3计,以下相同).
Here introduced are the development of the new type high-efficiency compound fouling resistant corrosion inhibitor RP-100, the results of laboratory static testing, courpon testing,dynamic testing and the commercial application. The testing results showed that this inhibitor has excellent anti-fouling and corrosion-resistant performances which were superior to those of S-113 series. The tolerance for Ca+ +M alkalinity in the cooling water is increased from 900 mg/L to 1000 mg/L.
