摘要
按照GB/T5009.29-2003中山梨酸含量测定方法,对测量结果的不确定度来源如标准溶液浓度、校准曲线参数、样品稀释等进行了分析,对各不确定度分量进行了评定和量化。气相色谱法测定酱油中山梨酸相对扩展不确定度为0.56%。
According to GB/T 5009.29 - 2003, the method for determination of sorbicacid, sourcess of uncertainty of meas- urement such as concentration of standard solution, parameters of standard curve, and soy sample dilution were analysed. The components of uncertainty were evaluated and quantized. The relative expanded uncertainty was 0.56%.
