摘要
在pH值为4.1的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,氨力农于-1.37V处产生一灵敏的示波极谱峰,当有0.0010%Tween-60存在时,峰电流显著增大,在5.5×10-8~2.8×10-5mol/L范围内,峰高与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为6.0×10-9mol/L,相关系数r=0.9980。利用此峰测定了血清中的氨力农,加标回收率为97.5%~103.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD不大于5%。利用电毛细管曲线、换液实验以及循环伏安法对氨力农的机理进行了探讨。
In a pH 4.1,0.15 mol/L HAc - NaAc buffer solution containing 0. 0010% Tween - 60, amrinone yielded a sen- sitive polarographic wave at - 1.37 V. The peak height was linear with its concentration in the range ofS. 5 x 10^-8 -2.8 x 10^-5mol/L and with a detection limit of 6.0 x 10^-9 mol/L, and correlation coefficient was 0. 998 0. The proposed method applied to the determina- tion of trace amounts of amrinone in serum samnles. The electrochemical behavinr and reartion mechanism of amrinone were discussed.
