摘要
建立了火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定钢铁及合金中铜含量的方法,对仪器的工作条件如灯电流、狭缝宽度、空气和乙炔流量进行了探讨。铜的质量浓度在0.00~10.00μg/mL内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=0.0318c+0.0005,相关系数r=1.0000,检出限为0.005μg/mL。标准样品测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD≤0.44%(n=6)。
The determination of copper in iron, steel and alloy was investigated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Measuring conditions were analyzed, such as lamp current, slit width, air and acetylene flow. The concentration of copper was linear with the absorbancy in the range of 0.00- 10.00μg/mL. The regression equation was A =0. 031 8c +0. 0005, the correlative coefficient was 1. 000 0, and the detection limit was 0,005μg/mL. The relative standard deviation of standard sample determination results was not more than 0.44%.
