喉药醉鱼草黄色素对自由基的清除作用

摘要 采用水、乙醇、丙酮、氯仿4种溶剂提取了喉药醉鱼草中的黄色素,分别得到水提黄色素(WYP)、乙醇提黄色素(EYP)、丙酮提黄色素(AYP)和氯仿提黄色素(CYP)。然后采用二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH)法对不同质量浓度的各种黄色素进行自由基清除实验。结果显示:喉药醉鱼草黄色素对自由基有很强的清除作用,清除能力优于3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基甲苯(BHT);不同溶剂提取所得的黄色素对自由基的清除作用有着显著的差别,其中以乙醇提取的黄色素效果最佳,当其质量浓度为1.2mg/mL时,最大清除率高达95.52%。 Buddleja paniculata was extracted with water, ethanol, acetone and chloroform to get water extracting yellow pigment (WYP), ethanol extracting yellow pigment (EYP), acetone extracting yellow pigment (AYP) and chloroform extracting yellow pigment (CYP), respectively. Then their free radical scavenging activities were measured using 1,1- diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method, The results showed that the free radical scavenging activities of the yellow pigment with polar solvents from Bucldleja paniculata were stronger than that of butylated bydroxytohtene (BHT). With different extracting solvents, the free radical scavenging activities of the yellow pigment were also different. And EYP was the best. The highest free radical scavenging rate was 95.52% , when mass concentration of EYP was 1.2mg/mL.
