响应面法优化云芝多糖提取条件的研究

摘要 为了探索云芝菌丝体多糖水浸提的最佳条件,在单因子实验的基础上,采用合理的实验设计方案,应用响应面法(RSM)优化云芝多糖的提取条件。依据回归分析确定多糖提取率的影响因子,求得最佳水浸提条件为:提取温度85℃,浸提时间105min,液料比27∶1,云芝多糖的提取率为7.27%。实验结果表明,响应面法对云芝菌丝体多糖的提取条件优化合理可行,为提高多糖的提取率提供了理论依据。 To optimize the extraction condition for the polysaccharides from Coriolus versicolor mycelium, the single factor tests and response surface methodology (RSM) were applied. Overall research was preceded by rational design. Technological condition parameters were determined according to regression analysis by SAS. The RSM is feasible for optimum extraction process and this will improve the extraction conditions of polysaccharides. The optimum condition was as follows: extraction temperature of 85℃, extraction-duration of 1.75h, water to material ratio at 27:1. The optimum extracting rate for the polysaccharide was 7.27%.
