摘要
研究了大孔吸附树脂纯化苦瓜皂苷的方法。确定纯化的最佳工艺条件为:选用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂,吸附液pH为8~9,吸附流速为1.0mL/min,吸附液用量与树脂体积比为8∶1,吸附时间为60min,洗脱剂为70%的乙醇,洗脱剂用量与树脂体积比为8∶1,解吸时间为40min。收集70%乙醇洗脱液,洗脱液浓缩并真空干燥,纯化后可将粗提物皂苷含量提高到69.04%。
The purification of saponins in Bitter Melon by macroporous adsorptive resins was investigated. The optimum purification condition were confirmed as follows: the type of macro-porous resins AB-8, the pH value of absorbing solution 8-9, the absorbing velocity of flow 1.0mL/min, the absorbing time was 60minutes, the concentration of ethanol as elutent was 70%, the proportion of the amount of absorbing solution and resins was 8:1, the proportion of the amount of elutent and resins was 8:1, the eluting time 40 minutes. Elutent solvents were concentrated and vacuum dried. The content of the crude saponins rises to 69.04%.
