摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定天然食品保鲜剂(NFP-3)中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法,为有效控制配方的质量奠定方法学基础。色谱条件为C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-1%醋酸缓冲液(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。丹参酮ⅡA对照品在1.0~50μg/mL(R=0.9997)呈良好线性关系。本法简便、准确,线性范围宽,可用于NFP-3中丹参酮ⅡA的质量控制。
A determination method of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in natural food preservative (NFP -3) by HPLC was established, so as to control the quality of the extracts. The chromatographic conditions were: C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm, Phoxmen), the methanol-1% acetic acid solution (85:15) as mobile phase with 1.0mL/min flow rate, the detected wavelength selected as 254nm, and the column temperature set at 30℃. The result showed that Tanshinone Ⅱ A in 60% ethanol showed good linear relationship within 1.0-50μg/mL (R=0.9997). The method is simple, accurate and of wider linear range, and can be used for controlling the quality of the NFP-3 preservative.
