摘要
针对当前大学生的心理特点和运动爱好,结合运动处方的制定要求制定出5种球类健心运动处方,并通过83名患有不同心理障碍的大学生15周的教学实验证明:本研究设计的篮球健心运动处方可以改善抑郁和人际关系;足球健心运动处方可以明显的降低强迫和焦虑症状;排球健心运动处方对人际关系有明显的治疗效果;乒乓球健心运动处方可以改善强迫和抑郁症状;实施羽毛球健心运动处方可以缓解抑郁和焦虑症状。
