RSView32是一种可集成、基于人机接口界面组件、用于监控自动化设备及过程的组态软件。退火是铝箔生产的一个重要环节,而影响铝箔退火质量的关键因素是炉温的均匀性。首先介绍了RSView32软件的特点和铝箔退火炉的生产工艺以及需要控制的参数。最后介绍了整个监控系统的开发过程。
RSView32 is an integrated,ompenent based HMIconfiguration software product for monitoring and control automatic machines and processes.Anneal is an important link in aluminium foil producing process.The key factor affecting aluminium foil anneal mass is the furnace temperature homogeneity.We first introduce the characteristic of RSView32 software and the productive technology of aluminum annealing furnace and then the parameters need controlling.Have introduced exploitation step of the entire supervisory control system finally.
