摘要
以精准农业技术理论和研究为基础,讨论我国喷药实施现状,分析传统喷药技术的弊端,提出一种基于脉宽调制(PWM)技术的变量喷药控制方法。将国产电磁阀安装到普通喷头入口处,通过控制电磁阀的开关状态控制喷头喷药和停喷。通过试验证明采用PWM方法实现变量喷药,喷雾锥角变化幅度符合大田喷药机械对喷头部件工作性能的要求,角度变化在规定的角度的±10°范围内。
Based on the technology and theory of precision agriculture, a variable rate control method in spraying basing pulse width modulation (PWM) technique was indicated by discussing of spraying actuality in our country and analyzing abuses in traditional spraying. In this experiment, a domestic solenoid valve was fixed on the inlet of traditional spray nozzle, and the on and off movement of nozzle were controlled by the valve to investigate effects of the spray nozzle angle. Results showed that this method could accord with the requirement on spray nozzle change for field variable rate sprayer and the range of spray nozzle change should be within + 10° .
