摘要
研究了3.5%NaCl溶液中,镀镍、镀镉钝化、镀锌钝化处理后的高强钢30CrMnSiA与TA15钛合金偶接后的电偶腐蚀行为。试验发现相比于镀镉钝化和镀锌钝化处理,镀镍处理的30CrMnSiA-TA15电偶对电偶腐蚀反应的驱动力最小,电偶电位最正,电偶电流密度最小,耐电偶腐蚀性能最好。采用扫描电镜观察电偶腐蚀后各种镀层的形貌,结果发现:镀镍层腐蚀形态为点蚀,镀镉钝化层会形成微裂纹,镀锌钝化层腐蚀局部呈片状,层层剥落。
The effect of nickel-electroplating, cadmium-electroplating and passivating, zinc-electroplating and passivating treatment on galvanic corrosion of TA15-treated 30CrMnSiA couples was investigated in 3. 5% NaCl solution. The plated film on 30CrMnSiA and the corrosion morphology were observed by SEM. Considering the value of open circuit potential difference, galvanic potential and galvanic current of the different galvanic couples, nickel-plated 30CrMnSiA had the best galvanic corrosion resistance. There were pits on nickel plating and microcracks on cadmium plating. The corrosion of zinc plating made it stripped as layers.
