摘要
介绍了福建电网在线电压稳定监视与控制(VSMC)系统的主要功能和技术特点。在一个能量管理系统(EMS)扫描周期内,VSMC系统计算了当前运行态和一个预想故障集下沿一组不同负荷增长方向上的负荷裕度。一旦发现存在失稳故障或严重故障,自动启动预防控制(VSC)模块产生预防控制策略和一组新的监控母线电压下限值输出给自动电压控制(AVC)系统。VSC模块采用基于灵敏度分析与逐次线性规划技术的控制算法得到优化控制解,实现了电压稳定控制与静态安全校正控制之间的协调。该系统的突出特点是通过VSMC系统与AVC系统的接口,部分实现了在线电压稳定的闭环预防控制。福建电网VSMC系统的运行表明,它可以有效地帮助运行人员实时监视和自动采取措施来提高电压稳定裕度。
The main functions and features of Fujian on-line voltage stability monitoring and control (VSMC) system are presented in this paper. Within the scan period of energy management system (EMS), the load margins of current operation state and a set of credible contingencies are computed at a group of predefined load directions. Once the unstable or severe contingencies are identified, the voltage stability control (VSC) module is activated to produce the preventive control actions. At the same time the new voltage limits of all pivot buses are given to automatic voltage control (AVC) system. A sensitivity and successive linear programming technique based control algorithm is used in VSC module to obtain the optimal control solution and coordinate the voltage stability control with the static security corrective control. The salient feature of Fujian VSMC system is that the on-line voltage stability close-loop control is realized partly by interfacing with the existing AVC system. The operation results of Fuiian VSMC system show that it can effectively help operators to monitor the Voltage stability situation and take actions to increase the voltage stability margins automatically.
