摘要
设计研发了一种空冷贝氏体钢22Mn2SiVBS,作汽车半轴套管用钢;热轧制成管坯后观察其显微组织。结果表明:在奥氏体晶界处有一定量断续网状铁素体析出,降低了钢的力学性能;钢的组织为均一的贝氏体,抗拉强度900 MPa,硬度301 HB,满足使用要求。通过对试样的重新加热控制冷却试验,分析研究了钢的组织、力学性能和加热控制冷却工艺三者之间的关系,提出了使该钢获得均匀贝氏体和良好力学性能的措施。
An air cooled bainitic steel without quenching-tempering treatment, 22Mn2SiVBS steel used as semi-axis housing material was designed. By observing the microstructure of the hot rolled tube, certain amount of intermittent reticular ferrite in 22Mn2SiVBS is found near original austenitic grain boundaries, which decrease 'the mechanical properties of the steel By reheating samples and controlling cooling rate, the relations of the microstructure, mechanical properties and controlling cooling rate are analyzed, and a measure is put forward to obtain uniform bainite and good mechanical properties under air cooling condition after the steel was rolled. The tensile strength of the steel with uniform bainite is increased to 900 MPa and hardness increased to 301 HB.
