摘要
微观试验分析了磁处理对滤液中离子浓度、水泥水化速度、水泥石孔隙结构和水泥石渗透性的影响。水泥浆经过磁化处理后,水泥颗粒的溶解能力增强、水化反应速度加快,水化产物增多,结晶-沉淀反应更快更完善,使水泥石的毛细管孔隙变小、结构变致密、渗透率降低、各种机械强度提高。
The mechanism of improving cement strength by magnetization is discussed. Tests indicate that magnetization cam increase the hydration speed and the hydration production of cement. also the crystallization process of hydration production is improved , the permeability of cement is decreased by magnetization. Applications indicate that the cement strength is improved by magnetization effectively.
