摘要
利用高温高压岩心静失水仪,对沥青类产品的防塌机理和防塌效果及温度、压力对防塌效果的影响进行了评价。经果表明,氧化沥青能在高温下软化变形封堵微裂缝,在低于沥青软化点时,随温度和压差升高,氧化沥青的封堵能力和降滤失效果增加。磺化沥青靠溶于水的磺化部分提高滤波粘度,降低滤失量,随温度升高磺酸根基团水化能力下降,降滤失效果也因此下降。在高温下,氧化沥青的封堵能力和降滤失效果优于磺化沥青。
The anti-sloughing result and the function mechanism of two kinds of asphalt product are analysed. The influence of temperature and pressure on asphalt product are also evaluated. Tests indicate that in the temperature condition of softening point below, the higher the temperature and pressure, the better the characteristics of fluid loss and sealing for oxidated asphalt, but the sulfonated asphalt is on the contrary.
