摘要
高精度数控分度头广泛地应用于精密计量、机械制造、科研等领域,因此探索一种高精度、低价格的数控分度头具有很重要的意义;提出了一种与传统结构完全不同的高精度数控分度头设计方案和控制方法,讨论了分度头的电气硬件系统、机械传动系统和控制软件系统,并详细分析了机械系统的结构特点和控制软件的算法;实际应用表明,该分度头不仅具有很高的角度定位精度,而且结构简单,成本较同精度的其他型式分度头低,工作可靠性高。
High-Precision Angle-Dividing Head is applied widely in fields such as precision measure, machine making, scientific research etc. so it's very important that groping for a high-precision numerical controlled Angle-Dividing Head. A new High-Precision Angle-Dividing Head project and control method is put forward. As well as ifs electric hardware system, mechanical transmission system and control software system is discussed. Structural characteristic of mechanism system and control algorithms is analyzed in details. It is indicated through practical application that the angle-dividing head not only has a very high precision of angle-orientatlon, but also it has other merit such as : its structure is very simple, low-cost relative to the angle-dividing heads which have the same precision, high reliability etc.
