摘要
针对膜式氧合器测试中多传感器数据采集的特性,设计了一种医用膜式氧合器氧扩散渗透率检测的多路数据采集系统;系统以FPGA为主控制模块,对FPGA硬件资源进行功能划分,分别实现A/D转换控制、FIFO数据缓存、时钟分频等功能,最后通过USB接口实现了数据传输;系统经过时序仿真及数据传输测试,已达到了实际膜式氧合器数据采集的相关指标,验证了设计思想的正确性。
Aimed at the features of the multi-sensor data acquisition, a system applied to test diffusion permeation ratio of membrane oxygenator based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) has been designed. As the logic control center, the hardware resources of FPGA have been partitioned into several function modules, which will implement the A/D conversion, FIFO (First In First Out) buffer storage and frequency splitting in the data acquisition system. Then the data will be transferred to computer through a USB interface, The simulation and data transmit test have achieved the requirement of data acquisition in actual and confirmed the design. The system could also be applied in multi-analog signals test and multi-channel data acquisition similarly.
