摘要
“中心井悬挂式多孔钻井基盘”系列,是中国海洋石油南海西部公司工程技术人员在自营开发工程中,为适应预钻井作业需要,研制出来的经济、高效系列产品。自 1988年完成首座钻井基金设计、制造、安装至今,在南海累计生产/安装基金 4座。本文详细介绍了该系列产品的原理、结构特点、强度校核、制造、后下基盘技术、偶数孔基盘建造技术及该产品的行业标准编制;其中该系列产品的导向、定位方法及后下基盘技术极富创造性。
Central well hanging multi-slot drilling template series are economic high-efficiency products developed to meet pre-drilling requirements. Up to now four templates are fabricated and installed in Nanhai oilfield since 1988 the first drilling template has been designed, fabricated and installed. This paper introduces in detail the product series's principle, structural characteristics, strength examination, fabrication, post template installation technique, even hole template fabrication technique and the industrial standards of the products, in which its guiding and positioning method and post template installation technique are rich of creative.
