摘要
自升式平台由于重心高、受风面积大,它的漂浮稳性一直是业主、设计者和操作者最为关注的问题之一。在实际操作中,为了改善平台的稳性,常采用在桩靴灌水或下降桩腿来降低重心的方法。本文通过实船计算来分析这些操作对平台稳性的利弊。此外,本文探讨了平台重心纵向移动对稳性的影响。
As the jack-up platform has a higher centre of gravity and a larger windward area, owner, designers and operators are extremely concerned for its floating stability. In the actual operation, footing ballasting or legs lowering are usually used to lower the centre of gravity and improve the stability of the platform. In this paper the advantages and disadvantages of above mentioned operating effects on the stability are analyzed by calculating some live platforms. Moreover the effect on the stability is discussed of moving the longitudinal centre of gravity.
