摘要
国家公务员的管理机制中激励机制处在非常重要的位置。文章在阐述建立和健全公务员激励机制的必要性的基础上,通过分析现行激励机制的特点和存在的主要问题,着重论述了如何建立有效的激励机制,如何组织实施激励机制的问题。
The stimulating mechanism occupies a very important position in the management mechanism for national civil servants. This article, after elaborating the necessity of building and perfecting the stimulating mechanism and analyzing its characteristics and problems, mainly explains how to build and implement effective stimulating mechanism.
