摘要
为了解决国产钛钙型不锈钢焊条存在的工艺性问题，从焊条熔滴过渡形态、药皮配方设计、双层药皮应用三方面介绍了近期钛钙型药皮不锈钢焊条工艺性能改进的研究进展，作者研制的一种双层药及焊条，成功地解决了国产A102一类焊条长期存在的工艺质量问题。
The problem of welding procedure properties for the lime-titania electrode of stainless steelmade in China were successfally solved by making the electrode of stainless steel with new formu-Iae and using double coat for it, low baslclty on inner layer and high basicity on outer layer.Through the physical and chemical tests, all properties of new electrode were in accordance withinternatlonal standard and its main preperty indexes reached the level of internationally famouselectrode OK 6130.
