摘要
通过对1990年6月24日里氏7.3级地震给我国新疆北部造成的震害调查,归纳了建、构筑物的几类破坏状况,分析了工程设计与施工因素的影响,进一步就提高速、构筑物的综合抗震能力,尤其是开展震害预测、编制地震应急预案和修订抗震设计规范积累资料等工作提出了建议和措施,为我国进入第五个地震活跃期搞好防震减灾提供借鉴。
This paper describes several destructive conditions of haildings and structures after theearthquake of Richter scale 7' 3 in June 24, 1990 in Zhai-Sangbo region located in the north partof Xinjiang China. and also analyzes the important affects for engineering design and constructionfactors and provides some suggestions and precautions for further enhancing the comprehensiveantiseismic property of buildings and structures. Especially, a lot of informations are accumulatedto forecast earthquake' to appreciate the antiseismic work, to compile the emergency plan and torevise the code of antiseismic design- Some references are supplied in order to improve the work ofantiseismic in the fifth seismic-active period in China.
