社会公平:和谐社会的基本前提

Social Fairness: Fundamental Premise of Harmonious Society

改革开放以来,我国社会发生了急剧变化,在经济增长的同时也引起社会阶层分化。社会不和谐因素增加的主要原因是社会公平机制的缺失。文章从和谐社会的价值目标,构建和谐社会的必然要求,保持社会创造力的基本条件,解决人民内部矛盾的根本四个方面阐述实现社会公平的途径。

Since the reform and opening - up of China, great changes took place in the society. The increase of economy brought about differentiation of the social stratum. The increase of unharmonious factors in the society is mainly due to the absence of fairness system. This paper states the ways to realize the social fairness from four aspects： the value goal of harmonious society; the demand of constructing harmonious society; the fundamental conditions for maintaining social creativity; the foundation to solve the internal contradiction among the people.
