文章简述了人力资源管理部门角色定位的必要性,论述了人力资源管理部门的角色如何进行定位以及应注意处理的几个关系。
This paper introduces the need of role positioning of the department of human resources management and presents how to make appropriate role positioning in human resources management and the several problems which deserve consideration.
