Establishing Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in Higher Learning Institutions

在分析高校和谐师生关系重要意义的基础上,提出从拓展高校师生交往渠道、大力强化“师爱”教育、健全和完善心理和谐教育机制等三个方面构建高校和谐师生关系,具有一定的现实指导意义。

This paper analyzes the significance of establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher learning institutions. Three ways to establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher learning institutions are also presented, namely, broadening the channels of communication between teachers and students, strengthening the education of ＂teachers＇love for students＂ as well as establishing and perfecting the education mechanism of psychology harmony.
