无牙油管钳设计

摘要 针对普通油管钳在采油作业中存在打滑、啃伤油管以及需调节钳口等问题,研制了一种无牙油管钳。介绍了这种油管钳的结构特点和工作原理。这种油管钳靠钳口对油管的摩擦力矩完成上、卸扣动作,不管钳口是否磨损,都不存在打滑问题,且操作方便,无需调整钳口,不啃伤油管,从而延长油管的使用寿命。 In the light of the problems with the commonn tubing toogs in oil production, such as slipping, biting tubing and require of the tongs opening adjustment, a kind of toothless tubing tongs is developed. The design feature and working principle of the new tongs are introduced. The tongs accomplishes makeup and breakout by means of the frictional torque of the tongs opening on the tubing. By using this tongs, slipping can be avoided whether there exists the wear of the toogs opening or not, and the operation is convenient with no demand of the tongs opening adjustment and no bite of the tubing, therefore the service life of the tuhing can be improved.
