NaCl胁迫对金银花叶片光合色素含量的影响 被引量:16

摘要 通过盆栽试验对不同NaCl浓度(0%,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%)胁迫下的金银花的表观特征进行了观察并对其叶片的叶绿素a含量(Chla)、叶绿素b含量(Chlb)、叶绿素A与叶绿素B含量的比值(Chla/Chlb)、类胡萝卜素含量(Car)、叶绿素总含量(Chl)及类胡萝卜素与叶绿素含量的比值(Car/Chl)进行了测定分析,结果显示:①在盐胁迫下,金银花叶片会发生萎蔫现象,这是对盐胁迫的一种表观响应。②金银花叶片中Chla、Chlb及Chl均呈现出在处理后的第1天随盐分梯度的增加而下降的趋势,在处理后期表现出随盐分梯度的增加而增加的变化趋势,并且这种变化趋势逐步趋于稳定。方差分析显示未达显著水平(P<0.05)。③金银花叶片中Car及Car/Chl在3次处理中均表现出随盐分梯度的增加而增加。研究表明,金银花对盐胁迫有一定的耐性。 The effects of different NaCl levels(0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9% and 1.2 %) on the appearance,content of chlorophyll A(Chla),chlorophyll B(Chlb),total chlorophyll(Chl),carotene(Car) and the ratio of total caroteno and chlorophyll(Car/Chl)in the leaf of Lonicera japonice Thun b.seedlings grown in pot were investigated.The results showed that ①Lonlcera japonice Thun leaf became wither under salt stress,which was an exterior response to salt stress.②The content of Chla,Chlb and Chl was decreased with the increasing salinity after the first treatment, In late treatments it was increased with the increasing salinity, and this trend was inclined to stabilization.QCar and Car/Chl of bonlcera japonice Tnun leaf presented the consistent change, that was ascending accordantly with the increasing salinity in the three salt treatments.
