牛磺酸对黄河鲤鱼血清T_3、T_4含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究饲料中添加牛磺酸对黄河鲤鱼生长性能和血清T3、T4含量的影响。选用体重121 g左右的黄河鲤鱼450尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复。在饲料中添加04、008、001、200和1 600 mg/kg牛磺酸,试验期56 d。结果表明:牛磺酸促进黄河鲤鱼的生长,添加量为800 mg/kg时生物学综合评价最高、饲料系数最低(P<0.05);添加8001、200 mg/kg牛磺酸,能够显著提高血清T3含量(P<0.05);添加1 200 mg/kg牛磺酸,能够显著提高血清T4含量(P<0.05)。综合考虑,黄河鲤鱼饲料中牛磺酸的最适添加量为800 mg/kg。该研究为牛磺酸在饲料中的应用提供了理论依据。 The research was constructed to study the effect of supplementing taurine in feed on the growth performance and T3 and T4 contents of serum in Cyprinus carpio.450 fishes of C.carpio with the body weight about 121 g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 repeats.The taurines at the addition amount of 0,400,800,1 200 and 1 600 mg/kg were supplemented in feed,with the test period of 56 d.The taurine promoted the growth of C.carpio.Supplementing taurine at 800 mg/kg,biological comprehensive evaluation was highest and the feed coefficient was lowest (P 〈 0.05). Supplementing taurine at 800 and 1 200 mg/kg could protnote T3 content of serum significantly ( P 〈0.05). Supplementing taurine at 1200 mg/kg could promote T4 content of serum signhqcandy ( P 〈 0.05 ), Considering synthetically, the optimum addition amount of taurine in C. carpio feed was 800 mg/kg. The study provided a theoretical basis for the application of taurine in feed.
